PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE OF FILING OF INTERAGENCY BANK MERGER ACT APPLICATION AND BRANCH RELOCATION AND CONSOLIDATION Notice is hereby given that Heritage Bank of St. Tammany, a federal savings bank headquartered at 205 North Columbia Street, Covington, Louisiana 70433, has filed an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application (the “Application”) with the Dallas Regional Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) seeking approval to transfer substantially all of its assets and substantially all of its liabilities (including all deposit liabilities) to OnPath Federal Credit Union, a federal credit union headquartered at 3131 N I 10 Service Road East, Metairie, Louisiana 70002. OnPath Federal Credit Union will be the survivor of the proposed transaction. At the effective time of the transaction, the Heritage Bank branch office located at 200 Gause Boulevard, Slidell, Louisiana 70458 will be relocated and consolidated with the OnPath Federal Credit Union branch office located at 1322 Gause Boulevard, Slidell, Louisiana 70458. At this time, customer accounts associated with the Heritage Bank branch will be transferred to the OnPath branch office. Other than this branch relocation and consolidation, in connection with the proposed transaction, it is contemplated that OnPath Federal Credit Union will continue to operate all offices of the above-named institutions immediately following the proposed transaction.
