D-12, CIVIL DISTRICT COURT, Parish of ORLEANS, State of Louisiana, dated May 1, 2026, it was ordered as follows: WHEREAS, KONSTANTIN, LLC, by act executed by Beverly Gariepy, Chief Financial Officer and Ex-Officio Tax Collector for the City of New Orleans, for unpaid 2016 ad valorem taxes, which sale took place during the legal hours for public auctions, as memorialized in the Tax Sale Certificate recorded in the Conveyance Office of Orleans Parish, bearing NA #2017-21225 and CIN 619214; WHEREAS, KONSTANTIN, LLC has applied to this Honorable Court for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity with LA.
