Gibbs, Jason Todd Gibbs, in his capacity as Independent Executor of the Succession of Jeffrey Neil Gibbs, Probate No. 118,079, Section 22, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, and Diversified Enterprises, Inc. have filed a Joint Petition for Court Approval of Compromise, Settlement\ Agreement, and Mutual Release pursuant to Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure article 3198. The petition seeks approval of a proposed compromise among Brenda J. Gibbs, Jason Todd Gibbs in his capacity as Independent Executor, and Diversified Enterprises, Inc. The compromise resolves Brenda J. Gibbs’s asserted creditor claim, disputes concerning the August 21, 2025 transfer of funds, and disputed claims concerning movable property allegedly connected to Jeffrey Neil Gibbs, the succession estate, Diversified Enterprises, Inc., or related business operations.
