L, CIVIL DISTRICT COURT, Parish of ORLEANS, State of Louisiana, dated April 9, 2026, it was ordered as follows: WHEREAS, IPF22, LLC, by act executed by Norman White, Chief Financial Officer and Ex-Officio Tax Collector for the City of New Orleans, for unpaid 2020-21 ad valorem taxes, which sale took place during the legal hours for public auctions, as memorialized in the Tax Sale Certificate recorded in the Conveyance Office of Orleans Parish, bearing NA #2022-47181 and CIN 720754; WHEREAS, IPF22, LLC has applied to this Honorable Court for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity with LA. REV.
