PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NORA) REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS CONSULTANT ISSUED: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10, 2026 DUE: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24, 2026 New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) is a public agency charged with revitalization of underinvested areas in the City of New Orleans. To further its mission, NORA is seeking an experienced intergovernmental relations consultant with demonstrated experience working with governmental entities and the communities NORA serves. The consultant will act on behalf of NORA as a liaison to coordinate, facilitate and strengthen NORA’s relationships with federal, state, regional and local governments. Respondents, whether individuals, firms, or teams, are expected to provide specific expertise in the following: governmental affairs, policy making, program implementation and resource allocation to assist with achieving NORA’s goals and objectives. The successful respondent agrees that this solicitation, along with any work assignment arising from it, constitutes confidential information. Respondents further agree not to disclose such information except to NORA, to parties authorized by NORA, to governmental entities as required for permitting or compliance, or as otherwise required by a court of law.
