Morial New Orleans Public Facility Management, Inc. was held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Chairman Russ Allen called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. and asked for a roll call. Director Whitworth entered the meeting at 2:01 p.m. Chairman Allen asked for public comments of agenda items. There were none. Chairman Allen requested a motion to approve the NOPFMI Board Meeting Minutes of December 10, 2025. Director Rizzuto moved approval; Director Broussard seconded. Motion approved. Elaine Williams presented the Sales and Events Report. Elaine Willliams presented the Marketing and Communications Report. Brett Slocum and Andrew Palumbo presented the Operations Report. Alita Caparotta presented the following resolution: A. Resolution 2026.2: Designating The New Orleans Advocate as the Primary Official Newspaper. Director Rizzuto moved approval; Director Chase seconded. Motion approved. Alita Caparotta presented contract Air Compressor Maintenance Services - Quality Compressed Air Services, Inc. Director Rizzuto moved approval; Director Vega seconded. Motion approved. There was no Other Business to come before the board. Chairman Allen asked for a motion to adjourn.
