PUBLIC NOTICE - - - LHA’s 2026 DRAFT PLAN 10 September 2025-The 2026 Louisiana Housing Authority (LHA) draft Public Housing Authority (PHA) Annual Plan will be available for public comment from September 10, 2025 through October 13, 2025. The PHA Annual Plan includes information about how the LHA will manage its voucher programs through the next year, and it can be found on the LHC website at https://www.lhc.la.gov/public-comments-and-notices. A public hearing will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, October 13, 2025, at the Louisiana Housing Corporation located at 2415 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, LA, 70808. The LHA will accept comments in writing during the public comment period, and comments may also be submitted at the public hearing.
