PL 25-020 BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with reference to the provisions of Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended by Act 16 of the Extraordinary Session of 1973, being Chapter 7 of Title 30, and particularly Section 542(a) of said Act, a public hearing will be held in the La Belle Room located on the first floor of the LaSalle Office Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on October 7, 2025, upon the application of TC LOUISIANA INTRASTATE PIPELINE, LLC. At such hearing the Commissioner will consider evidence relative to the issuance of an order upon the application of TC LOUISIANA INTRASTATE PIPELINE, LLC to construct and operate intrastate natural gas pipeline facilities in Beauregard and Calcasieu Parishes, State of Louisiana, and interconnect with Pelican Pipeline, LLC in the Parish of Beauregard, State of Louisiana, pursuant to La. R.S. 30:555(C) & 30:555(H) and LAC 43:XI.505 & LAC 43:XI.509. A copy of the application is on file with the Office of Conservation and may be examined during normal business hours. Comments and views regarding the application should be directed in written form to be received not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m., October 6, 2025. Oral comments will be received at the hearing but should be brief and not cover the entire matters contained in the written comments.
