All persons having any claims arising from or relating to the voyage shall file them under oath, as provided in the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Rule F(4), with the Clerk of this Honorable Court, and serve a copy to the attorneys for the Complainants, Michael T. Neuner and Kathryn L. Briuglio, Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, 701 Poydras Street, Suite 600, New Orleans, Louisiana 70139, on or before the 7th day of December 2026, at 10:00 AM or be forever defaulted.
