This property is municipal address 13343 East Parnell Avenue. The estate has received a valid purchase agreement from AREF SALEH and IBRAHIM SALEH and accepted by BRENDA GORAM KING individually in her own right and as Administrator of the Estate, dated September 24 and 25, 2025 for a sale price of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($280,000.00) Dollars cash as-is, where-is and shall contain a waiver of redhibition.
