Section 29-151, Paragraph (C) requires that this notice be published three (3) times within a thirty (30) day period in the official journal of Jefferson Parish after which the property owner shall have thirty (30) days from date of last publication to file objection or request an extension, in affidavit form, with the Director of Engineering.
