FRANCISVILLE, LA 70775. MINUTES OF MEETING CALL TO ORDER: Called to order by Steve Neal INVOCATION & PLEDGE recited. ROLL CALL of BOARD MEMBERS: Steve Neal, Willia Parkerson, Jeremy Sanders, Todd Young, Tim Pohlmann, April Vessel, Charles Stewart were present. Fire Chief Rick Dudley was also present. APPROVE/AMEND AGENDA: Motion by Mrs. Parkerson, second by Mr. Sanders to approve the February 16th meeting agenda. Motion carried all in favor, No Nays. APPROVE/AMEND MINUTES: Motion was made by Mr. Pohlmann, second by Mr. Stewart to approve January 19, 2026 minutes as written. Motion carried all in favor, No nays. CPA REPORT: Nothing to report LEGAL REPORT: Nothing to report. ADDED AGENDA ITEMS: a. Motion was made by Mr. Young and second by Mr. Stewart to accept the Budget to Actuals for January 31, 2026 as written. Motion passes all in favor, No nays. b. Motion was made by Mrs. Parkerson and second by Mr. Pohlmann to adopt the changes made to the order of business for fire board meetings as presented. Roll call vote was taken and everyone voted for it. No one voted against the change. FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT: Nothing to report PERSONNEL REPORT: Nothing to report BUILDING COMMITTEE REPORT: Nothing to report CHIEF’S REPORT: Chief Dudley advised that he is almost complete with the rating paperwork and will be sending it in shortly.
