Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM. 2. PRESENT: Commissioners – Jim Parker, Tony Rouchon, Tammy Howell, Tim Corcoran, Faye Talbot, Mark Kemp, Becky Bellue and District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla. 3. ABSCENT: 3 open commissioner seats. 4. Motion to approve the agenda made by Tony Rouchon to approve and seconded by Tim Corcoran. Motion passed. 5. Motion to approve minutes from February meeting made by Tim Corcoran to approve and seconded by Tony Rouchon. Motion passed. 6. Treasurer Report: a. Monthly financial report presented by Tony Rouchon. Motion to approve by Faye Talbot, Seconded by Tim Corcoran. Motion passed. 7. Old Business: 1. East Feliciana Parks and Recreation Commission (EPRC) – Tim Corcoran: a. Motion to approve the 4th out of 5 commissioners needed to fill EPRC by Becky Bellue, seconded by Tony Rouchon. Motion passed. Forth EPRC commissioner is Glenn Peterson. 2. Undate on request by Larry Thomas given by D.A. Sam D’Aquilla. If Mr. Thomas is able to provide proof of ownership for trailer and equipment sold as surplus, then EFEDD could pay him proceeds from surplus sale. 3. EFEDD’s organizing legislation under review for updating – no action taken 8. Public Comments: Commissioner reminded that annual training requirements for Sexual Harassment and Ethics are required by the end of June. 9.
