NOTICE OF SUCCESSION NOTICE IS GIVEN that Oralie Bankston Hawkins and Cheryl Bankston McLain, Administratrices of the Succession of Thelma Johnson Bankston, wife of/and Herbert Bankston, Sr., are applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($100,000.00) DOLLARS under a sale, the immovable property owned by Thelma Johnson Bankston, wife of/and Herbert Bankston, Sr., described below. Sutch, Surveyor, dated March 5, 1956, according to which said Lot “A” commences at a distance of ninety feet (90') from the corner of Mistletoe Street and Dixon Street and measures thence forty feet (40') front on Mistletoe Street, same in width in the rear, by a depth of one hundred twenty feet (120') between equal and parallel lines, and is composed of the whole of Lot 16 and ten feet (10') of Lot 17.
