NOTICE OF SUCCESSION NOTICE IS GIVEN that Joelle Ambrose, Administratrix of the Succession of Jules Ambrose, Sr., is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($180,000.00) DOLLARS all cash, the immovable property owned by the Succession of Jules Ambrose, Sr., described below: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the THIRD DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, designated as LOT 18, SQUARE NO. 1, of that part thereof known as LAKE FOREST SUBDIVISION NO. 7, bounded by Bunker Hill Road, Burke Road (side), Morrison Road (side), Benson Canal (side), Interstate Highway 100, and Boston Drive.
