Roman Street and the Holy Cross Tract, said Lot is designated by the LOT NO. 9 and measures 30 feet, 8 inches, 1 line front on Deslonde Street, the same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 106 feet and forms the corner of Deslonde and North Roman Streets. All in accordance with a survey by F.G. Stewart, Surveyor, dated February 22, 1962.
