ROBERTSON NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AUTHORITY TO SELL WHEREAS, Robert V.J. Buras, Administrator of the Succession of Ethel H. Robertson, has made application to the Court for the sale, at private sale, of all of Decedent’s rights, title and interest in and to the hereinafter described immovable property, to-wit: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all buildings, and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Square “T” Gentilly Parkway, in the THIRD DISTRICT, bounded by Piedmont Drive, Elder Street, Clermont Drive and Humanity Street, which said lot is designated as Lot “X” on a plan of survey by Gilbert & Kelly, Surveyors, dated August 4, 1941, according to which said Lot “X” begins at a distance of 340 feet from the corner of Elder Street and Piedmont Drive and measures thence 50 feet front on Piedmont Drive, the same width in rear, by a depth between parallel lines of 120 feet and is composed of original lots 18 and 19 and ½ of lot 20. The improvements thereon bear municipal number 3330 Piedmont Drive, New Orleans, LA 70122 Upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit: SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($69,000.00) cash, with the Succession to receive its proportionate twenty-five percent (25%) share of the net proceeds after payment of the usual vendor’s costs and fees and reimbursement expenses.
