Code of Civil Procedure for One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 ($125,000.00) Dollars, cash, the following terms and conditions to wit: The sale is subject to a conventional mortgage loan in the amount of One Hundred Fourteen Thousand and no/100 ($114,292.00) Dollars.
