DAVE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY Whereas the Administrator of the above Estate has made application to the Court for the sale, at private sale, of the immovable property hereinafter described, to-wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the THIRD DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, State of Louisiana, situated in that part thereof known as CORONADO HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, in SQUARE NO. 15, bounded by SIERRA MADRE DRIVE, CARDENAS DRIVE (side), PRESSBURG STREET and PRENTISS AVENUE (side), designated as LOT 3, said lot commences at a distance of 133.29 feet from the corner of Sierra Madre Drive and Pressburg Street and measures thence 63 feet front on Sierra Madre Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 90 feet; all as more fully shown on survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., dated March 24, 1993, a copy of which is attached to act registered as Instrument No. 66926.
