PUBLIC NOTICE - - - CIVIL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS STATE OF LOUISIANA NO. 2023-3857 DIVISION: A-16 SUCCESSION OF LILLIE MAE WASHINGTON LINDSEY wife of/and EDDIE LINDSEY, SR. FILED:____ DEPUTY CLERK NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Susan Lindsey Price, the duly appointed and qualified Executrix for the Succession of Lillie Mae Washington Lindsey wife of/and Eddie Lindsey, Sr., is applying for authority to sell at a private sale the immovable property hereinafter described to-wit: ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Seventh District of the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, SQUARE NO. 175, bounded by Willow, Eagle, Jeannette and Monroe Streets, and which said Lot of ground 18 designated by the NUMBER 6, commences at a distance of 120 feet from the corner of Willow and Eagle Streets, and thence measures 30 feet front on Willow Street, the same In width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet, between equal and parallel lines; all according to survey by Errol E. Kelly, Surveyor, on October 1, 1966. And according to survey by J. L. Fontcuberta, Surveyor, dated November 6, 1972, annexed to an act filed at COB 709, folio 643, the property is located and has the same measurements as set forth hereinabove. FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 8723 Willow Street. Upon the following conditions, to-wit: The above described property in the Succession of Lillie Mae Washington Lindsey wife of/and Eddie Lindsey, Sr. is to be sold at a price of Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred and no cents ($75,000.00) cash. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedent herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
