PUBLIC NOTICE - - - CIVIL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS STATE OF LOUISIANA SUCCESSION OF JOHNNY HARRIS, Case No. 2026-00208, Judy Harris as Administrator of the Succession of Johnny Harris, filed a Petition with this Honorable Court for authority to sell at private sale, for the price of $1,850.00 for the Succession's interest in and to the following described property: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Third District of the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, in Square No. 11 of Plum Orchard Subdivision, bounded by Tulip, Selma and Pecan Streets and Dreux Avenue, which lots are designated by the Lot Nos. 24 and 25 on a survey by W.F. Calongne, C.E. & S., dated February 24, 1994, a blueprint of which is attached to act passed before John F. Stafford, Notary Public, April 19, 1944, and according thereto, said Lot Nos. 24 and 25 adjoin each other and measure each 23 feet front on Tulip Street, similar width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. Lot No. 2 begins at a distance of 65 feet from the corner of Tulip and Selma Streets. Said lots are also designated by the Nos. 24 and 25 on a survey by Gilbert & Kelly, Surveyors, dated January 13, 1950, redated November 13, 1958 and last redated October 24, 1964.
