PUBLIC NOTICE - - - CIVIL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS STATE OF LOUISIANA NO.: 2022-02121 DIVISION E SUCCESSION OF LAURIE MARIA BROCATO NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE WHEREAS the Testamentary Executrix of the above succession has made application to the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, for the sale, at private sale, of the immovable property belonging to the Succession of Laurie Maria Brocato, No. 2022-02121 of the docket of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, hereinafter described, to-wit: A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the building and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Orleans, in the Fourth Municipal District of the City of New Orleans, in SQUARE NO. 93 thereof, which square is bounded by Seventh, Annunciation, Sixth and Laurel Streets, designated as LOT 8-A (being composed of a portion of original Lot No. 8), as delineated on a survey by Gilbert and Kelly, Surveyors, dated May 30, 1955, redated October 17, 1964, print of which is annexed to an act before Allain C. Andry, Notary Public, dated October 22, 1954, and according thereto, said Lot 8-A forms the corner of Seventh Street and Annunciation Street, and measures 37 feet, 2 inches, front on ANNUNCIATION STREET, the same in width in the rear, by a depth and front on SEVENTH STREET of 79 feet, 7 inches, 2 lines, between equal and parallel lines. Improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 803 Seventh Street. Being the same property acquired by Laurie M. Brocato from Deirdre Rafferty, wife of/and John Knox Cullen, Jr. by act dated July 31, 1996, before Michael E. Winters, NP, No. 126969, Conveyance Office of New Orleans. UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TO-WIT: Terms and conditions contained in the agreement to purchase annexed to the Petition for Authority, Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedent herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
