PUBLIC NOTICE - - - 750 NORMAN FRANCIS LLC is resyndicating an existing affordable multifamily property called The Meridian, located at 750 S Norman C Francis, New Orleans 70119, to preserve its affordability as the property reaches the end of its compliance period by renovating and upgrading all residential units, amenity spaces, and the building exterior. There are 72 affordable units consisting of 40 1-bedroom units and 32 2-bedroom units with set-asides ranging from 30% to 60% AMI. Ten percent of the property will serve special needs households and supportive services include, but are not limited to, social and recreational programs planned by the property manager and computer labs. The project will be applying for 4% Tax Credits provided by the Louisiana Housing Corporation. The total projected development costs are $12.2M. The projected sources are made up of $3.9M of Tax Credit Equity, $3.4M of net permanent senior debt, $2M of New Orleans City Financing, and $2.9M of Seller Financing.
