PUBLIC NOTICE - - - 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of JEFFERSON State of Louisiana No. 868-663 Div. “J” In Re: Succ’s. of Toni Patricia Valentine Dickerson & Gerald Williams Dickerson Notice to Sell Immovable Property at Private Sale. Notice is given that the administratrix has petitioned this Court for authority to sell immovable property belonging to the deceased at private sale pursuant to La CCP art. 3281 subject to the following terms and conditions: A. Purchase price to be paid is Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) B. Buyer has warranted that they have cash readily available to close the sale and it is not conditioned on their ability to obtain financing C. Purchase is being made “as is” with NO warranties. Purchaser waiving all rights against redhibition. Property to be sold is: THAT PORTION OF GROUND together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anyways appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Airline Park North Subdivision, being a part of Elmwood-LaFreniere Plantation, located in Section 41, 42 and 43, Township 12 South, Range 10 East, Southeastern District, East of the Mississippi River, according to survey by S.K. Landry, Surveyor dated October 24, 1963, filed in Plan Book 49, folio 8, said lot is designated as Lot 15, of Square 211, which square is bounded by Riviere Avenue, Carmen Street, Abadie Avenue (side) and LaFreniere Street (side) and which lot commences at a distance of 91.98 feet from the corner of Riviere Avenue and Carmen Street and which measures thence 50 feet front of Riviere Avenue, same width in the rear by a depth of 102.75 feet, between equal and parallel lines, and as further shown on survey of S.K. Landry, C.E., dated May 30, 1969. Municipal No. 2113 Riviere Avenue. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern, including the heirs and creditors of the decedents herein, and of this estate, be ordered to make any opposition which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days, from the date of the last publication of such notice, all in accordance with law.
