PUBLIC NOTICE - - - 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO.: 848 - 180 DIVISION “ O “ SUCCESSION OF BETTY BOWMAN SANDERS NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Shantella Martin, the duly appointed and qualified administrator for the Succession of Betty Bowman Sanders is applying for au-thority to sell at private sale, the whole interest of the Succession of Betty Bowman Sanders in and to the below described property on the terms of at the minimum Ninety Thousand dollars and no cents ($90,000.00) with seller to pay sellers closing costs and buyer to pay buyers closing costs. The property is described as follows: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improve-ments thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as SCOTS-DALE SUBDIVISION, per plan by John M. Krebs, dated 1/6/65, approved by Jefferson Parish Council Ordinance No. 7770, annexed to an Act of Dedication reg. in COB 639, Folio 287, Conveyance Records of Jefferson Parish, La. And according to said plan said lot is designated as LOT 19 of SQUARE B and is lo-cated and measures as follows: Said Lot 19 commences 180 feet from the corner of Clydesbank Drive and Aber-deen Drive and measures 65.4 feet front on Clydesbank Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. And according to a plat of survey by R.P. Fontcuberta, Jr., dated 3/14/85, said Lot 19 has the same location and dimensions as set forth above. Improvements thereon bear municipal No. 1153 Clydesbank Drive, Harvey, LA All parties with an interest in the above described property or the Succession of Betty Bowman Sanders , which includes heirs, creditors, and the like must make any op-position which they have or may have to such application, at any time, prior to the issu-ance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating such application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of ten (10) days, from the date of the publication of this notice, all in accordance with law.
