NOTICE OF SUCCESSION NOTICE IS GIVEN that Angela Bibbins, Administratrix of the Succession of Jessie B. Williams, Sr., is applying for authority to sell at private sale, on terms of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($150,000.00) DOLLARS cash for the property located2804-06 Philip Street, New Orleans, LA 70113 AND EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($80,000.00) DOLLARS cash for the property located at 2960-62 Toledano Street, New Orleans, LA 70125, those of which are owned by the Succession of Jessie B. Williams, Sr., with said property being described as follows, to-wit: (1) A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenance and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the FOURTH DISTRICT of the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, in SQUARE NO. 391, bounded by Philip, First, Clara and Willow Streets, designated as LOT “X” on a survey made by E. L. Eustis, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated September 25, 1947, a blue print copy of which is annexed to an act before John R. Legier, NP, dated October 27, 1947, according to which said Lot “X” begins at a distance of 29 feet, 4 inches, 2 lines from the corner of Clara and Philip Streets and measures thence 29 feet, 4 inches, 2 lines front on Philip Street, with a width in the rear of 28 feet, 2 inches, 4 lines, and depth on the sideline nearest Clara Street of 73 feet, 10 inches, 7 lines, thence at right angles, on a line running towards Willow Street, a distance of 1 foot, 1 inch, 6 lines, thence on a line parallel with Clara Street and running to the rear line of said property a distance of 17 feet, 10 inches, 1 line, and has a depth on the opposite sideline nearest Willow Street of 91 feet, 9 inches, composed of the greater portion of Lot 19. PARKWAY”, in SQUARE “A”, bounded by TOLEDANO and SOUTH ROMAN STREETS and SOUTH CLAIBORNE and LOUISIANA AVENUES, designated as Lot No. 31 on a plan of survey made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., Surveyors, dated December 18, 1967,and according to which said Lot No. 31 commences at a distance of 150 feet from the corner of Toledano Street and South Claiborne Avenue, and measures thence thirty feet front on TOLEDANO STREET, a width in the rear of twenty-nine feet eleven inches six lines, a depth on its side line nearer South Roman Street one hundred fifty-nine feet five inches seven lines and a depth on its other side line nearer South Claiborne Avenue of one hundred sixty feet four inches six lines.
