PUBLIC NOTICE - - - 20TH Judicial District Court Parish of West Feliciana State of Louisiana NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING vs. 25298-A ROBERT P LEAKE, JR. Acting under and by virtue of a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Honorable Court aforesaid in the above entitled and numbered cause, dated SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, and to me directed as Sheriff of West Feliciana, State of Louisiana, I will at 10:00 A.M. on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2025, at the principal door of the Courthouse in the Town of St. Francisville, Louisiana, sell the following mortgaged property belonging to the defendants, ROBERT P LEAKE, JR., to-wit: All that certain piece or parcel of ground, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Town of St. Francisville, in the Parish of West Feliciana, State of Louisiana, and being all of Lot Number Five (5) and the adjoining or upper half of Lot Number (4) in the South Range of Lots in said Town of St. Francisville, fronting Ninety (90) feet on Ferdinand Street and running back between parallel lines a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet, and being the same property acquired by Frank H. Jumonville at a sheriff sale made by the Sheriff of the Parish of West Feliciana at the suit of Frank H. Jumonville vs. Albert S. Patterson, No. 735 of the 20th Judicial District Court in and or the Parish of West Feliciana, as will appear by the deed of the said Sheriff, dated the 7th day of April, 1937, and recorded in Conveyance Records of West Feliciana Parish in Notarial Record Book 40 at Page 300; said property having been acquired by Robinson Mumford Leake from Mrs. Myrtle Barker Jumonville et als dated June 4th 1946, filed for record on June 5, 1946 and recorded in Notarial Book 44 at page 429 of the conveyance records of the Clerk of Court of West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. LESS AND EXCEPT: A certain piece or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Town of St. Francisville fronting twenty-five (25) feet on Ferdinand Street and running back between parallel lines for a distance of 300 feet and being most westerly portion of Lot 5 in the South Rang of Lots in the Town of St. Francisville, being a portion of the property acquired by Robinson Mumford Leake, Sr. et ux from Myrtle Barker Jumonville, et al dated June 4, 1946, recorded in Notarial Record Book 44, at page 429 of the official records of the Clerk of Court of West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting property. 11816 Ferdinand Street TERMS OF SALE: CASH to the highest bidder WITHOUT appraisement, at auction and according to law.
