Jumonville at a sheriff sale made by the Sheriff of the Parish of West Feliciana at the suit of Frank H. Jumonville vs. Albert S. Patterson, No. 735 of the 20th Judicial District Court in and or the Parish of West Feliciana, as will appear by the deed of the said Sheriff, dated the 7th day of April, 1937, and recorded in Conveyance Records of West Feliciana Parish in Notarial Record Book 40 at Page 300; said property having been acquired by Robinson Mumford Leake from Mrs. Myrtle Barker Jumonville et als dated June 4th 1946, filed for record on June 5, 1946 and recorded in Notarial Book 44 at page 429 of the conveyance records of the Clerk of Court of West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana.
