P-118001 DIVISION “26” ANCILLARY SUCCESSION OF DENISE ANN AUTIN FILED: DEPUTY CLERK NOTICE NOTICE IS GIVEN that Craig Martin, Executor of the Ancillary Succession of Denise Ann Autin, has made an application to the Court for the private sale of the following immovable property in which the Ancillary Succession of Denise Ann Autin has an interest, for the sum not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the appraised value of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand and No/100 ($220,000.00) Dollars, said immovable property being more particularly described as follows: ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as OLD JEFFERSON CROSSING, SECOND FILING, and designated on the official plan thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, as LOT NUMBER SIXTY-SIX (66), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes and restrictions as are more particularly shown on said map.
