IX, Section 5, as implemented by L.R.S. 30:129.1, public notice is hereby given that at its meeting commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at the LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the State Mineral and Energy Board will consider approval of certain Agreements for execution involving minerals or mineral rights owned by the State. A full copy of each of the instruments to effect the proposed agreements is on file in the office of the State Mineral Board, 8th Floor, at the above address, and available for public inspection by anyone desiring to examine same. The proposed agreements are identified as follows: D.1 (26-07) A Lease Amendment by and between the State of Louisiana, acting through its agent, the Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board, PEL Black Bay, LLC, Raymond T. Duncan Oil Properties, Ltd. and Venture Exploration Corporation D/B/A Combined Resources Group (“CRG”), whereas said parties agree to extend the force majeure recognition and amend the provisions of said state lease to amend the shut-in payment language and add a force majeure and suspending event provision, add a security interest provision and otherwise amend the lease in accordance with the policies of the Board, affecting State Lease No. 18935, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, with further particulars being stipulated in the instrument. D.2 (26-08) A Lease Amendment by and between the State of Louisiana, acting through its agent, the Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board and Cypress Energy Partners, LLC, whereas said parties desire to amend the royalty provision of said lease by reducing the royalty to Eighteen and One Half Percent (18.5%), affecting State Lease No. 22319, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana, with further particulars being stipulated in the instrument. 181850 March 27, 1t $52.77
