PUBLIC NOTICE - - - REQUISITION 11297692 OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE REGULAR ZONING MEETING OF THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL OF THE PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE AND THE CITY OF BATON ROUGE Notice is hereby given to all citizens of the City of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge and to all other interested persons, of the introduction at the regular meeting of the Metropolitan Council of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, held on August 27, 2025, of the proposed ordinances, the titles of which are set forth hereinafter, and that public hearing will be held thereon by the Metropolitan Council at 4:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in the Council Chambers (Room 348) on the third floor of the City-Parish Governmental Building in this City, these proposed ordinances being entitled as follows: ORDINANCE Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, as contained in and made part of the “Unified Development Code “, as amended so as to change the zoning on the property located at 20414 Samuels Road To amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from Agricultural/Rural to Commercial, located on the north side of Mount Pleasant-Zachary Road, east of Samuels Road, on a portion of property now or formerly known as Tract B-1-A-1-A-2-A of the William T. Woodside Property. Sections 6 and 66, T5S, R1W, GLD, EBRP, LA (Council District 1 - Noel) PA-5-25 ORDINANCE Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, as contained in and made part of the “Unified Development Code “, as amended so as to change the zoning on the property located at 20414 Samuels Road To rezone from Rural to Commercial Warehouse One (CW1) on property located on the north side of Mount Pleasant-Zachary Road, east of Samuels Road, on a portion of property now or formerly known as Tract B-1-A-1-A-2-A of the William T.
