GABRIEL PLANT DRAFT HAZARDOUS WASTE OPERATING PERMIT RENEWAL The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, is accepting written comments on a Draft Hazardous Waste Operating Permit Renewal for Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC – St. Gabriel Plant, P.O. Box 11, St. Gabriel, Louisiana 70776 for the five hazardous waste storage tanks, two proposed hazardous waste storage tanks, and three hazardous waste container storage areas. The facility is located at 3905 Highway 75 in St. Gabriel, Iberville Parish. Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC is proposing to continue the operation of five hazardous waste storage tanks (4402-F, 4403-FA, 4403-FB, 4403-FC, and 4403-FE) and three hazardous waste container storage areas (Waste Container Warehouse, Outside Container Storage, and Truck Unloading), as well as proposing two new hazardous waste storage tanks (4403-FH and 4403-FF). A working draft of the draft permit was provided to Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC and the remarks submitted on behalf of Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC and LDEQ's responses hereto, are included in the permit record that is available for public review.
