PUBLIC NOTICE - - - PR:lck RE: CASPIANA FIELD 29-D-98 (Gas Only) LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and Statewide Order No. 29-D-1, the following notice is given: Please be advised that BPX Operating Company has made application for authority to commingle in their ELM GROVE COMMINGLING FACILITY NO. 27 (918490), gaseous hydrocarbons produced from the HA RB SUQ (616451), Caspiana Field, Bossier Parish, Louisiana, with production previously approved for commingling by the Department of Conservation and Energy Order No. 29-D-4, effective October 5, 2021, Elm Grove Field, Bossier Parish, Louisiana. The same method of measurement and allocation of production as approved by said Order shall apply to the above. Application review by the Department of Conservation and Energy indicates that all requirements of Statewide Order No. 29-D-1, which governs the authority to commingle gas and/or liquid hydrocarbons and to use methods other than gauge tanks for the allocation of production have been met. Should any interested party feel that this application for authority to commingle hydrocarbons should not be approved, he is afforded the opportunity to make his objections known, in writing, to the Department of Conservation and Energy, P. O. Box 94275, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9275, within the ten (10) calendar day period following the date this notice is mailed by the applicant. In the absence of the filing any letter of objection during said ten (10) calendar day period, an approval letter will be issued authorizing commingling as requested by the applicant. With respect to the computation of said ten (10) calendar day period of time allowed for receiving written objections, the date of this Legal Notice and the approval date shall not be included. In the event the last day of said ten (10) calendar day period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, it shall be understood that the last day of said ten (10) calendar day period will then be considered to be the following Monday or the date following the legal holiday. A copy of this application is available for inspection in the Department of Conservation and Energy offices in Baton Rouge and Shreveport, Louisiana.
