Work will occur near Highway 23 northwest of Port Sulfur in Plaquemines Parish. Third Coast Infrastructure, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of the Clean Water Act.
