In addition, a boat house with boat slips and a dock will be constructed. All work will occur at 134 Rabbit Road in Port Sulphur and near Deer Range in Plaquemines Parish. KDU Marine is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507 A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
