PUBLIC NOTICE - - - NOTICE OF RCRA CLASS 3 PERMIT MODIFICATION REQUEST The Clean Harbors Baton Rouge, LLC located at 13351 Scenic Highway Baton Rouge, Louisiana is providing notification of a Class 3 Permit Modification to its Hazardous Waste Permit LAD 010 395 127-OP-RN-1. Clean Harbors Baton Rouge, LLC has submitted a request for a Class 3 Permit Modification to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) to modify the permit to add an industrial shredder and physical treatment through solidification of hazardous waste containing waste codes D007 and D008 and non-hazardous waste in accordance with LAC 33:V.322.X. In addition, the updated Emergency Contacts and reference guide were included in this Class 3 permit modification. Pursuant to LAC 33:V.321.C.3.e, a 60-day public comment period will begin on September 9, 2025.
