J, CIVIL DISTRICT COURT, Parish of ORLEANS, State of Louisiana, dated September 4, 2025, it was ordered as follows: WHEREAS, JMP23, LLC, by act executed by Norman White, Chief Financial Officer and Ex-Officio Tax Collector for the Parish of Orleans, for unpaid 2016-2018 ad valorem taxes, as memorialized in the Tax Sale Certificate recorded in the Conveyance Office of Orleans Parish, bearing NA #2019-41589 and CIN 664709; WHEREAS, JMP23, LLC has applied to this Honorable Court for a Monition or advertisement, in conformity with LA.
