PUBLIC NOTICE - - - CIVIL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ORLEANS STATE OF LOUISIANA NO. 2024-10655 DIVISION J S U C C E S S I O N OF MONICA McKLINSKI FILED:____ ___________ DEPUTY CLERK NOTICE TO SELL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE Whereas the Administratrix of the above Succession of Monica McKlinski has made application to the Court for private sale of all of this Succession’s right, title and interest in the following property: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the First District of the City of New Orleans, in SQUARE 801, bounded by Cleveland Avenue, Canal, Hennessey and Alexander Streets, which said lot of ground is designated as LOT NO. 15 on a private sketch annexed to an act passed before Carl C. Friedrichs, Notary Public, on February 25, 1909, and according to which sketch said lot adjoins Lots 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, A, 18, 31, 32, 33, and 34, and measures as follows, to wit: 30 feet front on Alexander Street, by a depth of 112 feet 2 inches 4 lines between equal and parallel lines. According to a plan made by Adloe Orr, C.E., dated July 6, 1936, said lot is designated by the same number 15 and has the same measurements, a copy of which is annexed to an act passed before Clarence DeLucas, Notary Public, dated July 8, 1936. Improvements thereon bear the Municipal Nos. 132-134 South Alexander Street. Being the same property acquired by Anita Wimmer McKlinski and Monica McKlinski from Virginia Mazza Tamburo by Act dated August 24, 1998 before Louis G. Dutel, Jr., Notary Public, recorded as Instrument No. 164712 in the conveyance records of Orleans Parish. upon the following terms and conditions: $257,500.00 cash for the property, OR ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 ($128,750.00) DOLLARS cash for the Succession of Monica McKlinski’s one-half (1/2) interest, with authority of the Administratrix to pay the succession’s pro rata costs of sale and upon such terms and conditions as may appear in the Agreement to Purchase or Sell on file in these proceedings. Notice is hereby given to all parties whom it may concern including the heirs and creditors of decedent herein to make any opposition which they may have to this application at any time prior to the issuance of the order or judgment authorizing, approving and homologating the application and that such order or judgment may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the last publication of such notice in accordance with law.
