PUBLIC NOTICE - - - Board Meeting January 14th, 2026 The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the Gas Utility District # 1 of West Feliciana Parish was held at 4 p.m. on January 14th, 2026, at 9880 W. Feliciana Pkwy, St. Francisville, Louisiana. Members present: Kevin Beauchamp, Mark Spillman, David Norwood, Brad Stevens, Tommy Klein, Leonard White, Tony Vincent, and CB Owen. Members absent: Bess Kelley and Leonard White. Naomi Riley, the Business Finance Administrative Manager, and John Ritchie, Jr., the Superintendent, Rodney Combs, of Eisner Amper and Dennis Maciasz , of Dennis Maciasz Inc., were also present. Tony Vincent made a motion to approve the agenda , which was seconded by C.B. Owen. All in Favor, motion carried. David Norwood made a motion to approve the minutes from the December 10th, 2025, meeting, Tony Vincent seconded. All in Favor, motion carried. Rodney Combs of Eisner Amper presented the audit results of the Audit Ending Aptil 30th, 2025, on which there were no findings. CB Owen made a motion to accept the results of the audit, which was seconded by Leonard White. All in Favor, motion carried. Dennis Maciasz presented the December Finance report with a comparison to December 2024. CB Owen made a motion to approve the finance report, which was seconded by Tony Vincent. All in Favor, the motion carried. Naomi Riley updated the board on Bad Debt. John Ritchie gave the Superintendent’s Report. David Norwood made a motion to adjourn, which was seconded by Tony Vincent.
