In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025, upon the application of COMSTOCK OIL & GAS-LOUISIANA, LLC. At such hearing the Office of Permitting and Compliance will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Logansport and Belle Bower Fields, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana. LOGANSPORT FIELD 1. To provide that Brookston Energy, Inc. (“Brookston”) should be designated as the operator of the Comstock-Roberts Crews No. 1 Well (SN 237528) and the Comstock-Roberts Crews No. 3-Alt Well (SN 237465), as shown on the plat submitted with the application, which are currently operated by Comstock in HA RA SUA. 2. To provide that Comstock will remain as operator of all other existing and future wells completed in the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in said HA RA SUA. 3. To provide that each of said operators, Brookston and Comstock should be permitted to separately report production from the wells that they operate, respectively. 4. To provide that a single unit allowable should be assigned to HA RA SUA, which should be recoverable from the either the unit well, any alternate unit well, or any combination thereof, with allocation of such allowable between said wells to be arranged by the operators of the wells at their discretion. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. BELLE BOWER FIELD 1. To provide that Brookston Energy, Inc. (“Brookston”) should be designated as the operator of the Comstock-Cox RLT No. 1 Well (SN 237195) in HA RA SUC and the Comstock-Weyerhauser LA No. 1 Well (SN 237461) in HA RA SUD, as shown on the plat submitted with the application, which are currently operated by Comstock in HA RA SUC and HA RA SUD. 2. To provide that Comstock will remain as operator of all other existing and future wells completed in the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in said HA RA SUC or HA RA SUD. 3. To provide that each of said operators, Brookston and Comstock should be permitted to separately report production from the wells that they operate, respectively. 4. The Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Belle Bower Field, was fully defined in Order No. 312-G, effective July 29, 2008, and was redefined INSOFAR AND ONLY INSOFAR as to HA RA SUC thru HA RA SUH, by Order No. 312-G-1, effective October 30, 2008.
