CIRCLE WHEREAS, Joshua Lumpkin, Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter has made an application to this Honorable Court for a judgment of authority to sell the following described Property, which judgment was granted on December 1, 2025, to wit: THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the STATE OF LOUISIANA, PARISH OF JEFFERSON, in that part thereof known as TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION NO. 6, being part of Oakdale Subdivision, Section B, First Ward, in accordance with survey by Adloe Orr, Jr. and Associates, C. Lot 32-A commences 386.54 feet from the corner of Guardian Avenue and Goodson Drive measures 55 feet front on Goodson Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of equal and parallel lines of 110 feet, all as more fully shown on survey by Adloe Orr, Jr. and Associates, C. E., dated October 1, 1971. The improvements thereon bear the Municipal Number 765 Goodson Drive, Gretna, Louisiana 70056. (the “Property”) Joshua Lumpkin, Plaintiff in the above-captioned matter, has received an offer to purchase the Property at private sale on the terms of One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand and 00/100 ($181,000.00) Dollars, all cash.
