A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Iberville, Louisiana, designated on plan of Marengo Plantation, C.B. 37, E. 278, as 1st Lot 15, measuring 2.20 chains by a depth between parallel lines to Common Road on which it measures 2.32 chains and running in depth to Section 103, containing twenty-five (25) acres. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining. 2. 1st Lot 16 on said plan measuring 2.20 chains front by a depth between parallel lines to common road containing twenty-five (25) acres, 2nd Lot 16 starting at Section 103, containing 25 acres, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, and privileges thereunto appertaining.
