PUBLIC NOTICE - - - - 6 - MASTERS CREEK FIELD 26-217 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026, upon the application of WAGNER OIL LOUISIANA. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Wilcox Zone, Reservoir A, in the Masters Creek Field, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. 1. To revise the existing drilling and production unit for the Wilcox Zone, Reservoir A, Sand Unit A, created by Office of Permitting and Compliance Order No. 1386-E, effective September 3, 2025, its geographic confines as shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To force pool and integrate all separately owned tracts, mineral leases and other property interests within the geographic confines of the proposed revised unit, with each tract sharing in unit production on a surface acreage basis of participation. 3. The current unit well for the WX RA SUA is not capable of producing unitized hydrocarbons in paying quantities from the said Unit thus, Wagner Oil is requesting that it be authorized to drill, designate and utilize the proposed Wagner Oil Louisiana-Reyes 36 No. 1 Well, with proposed surface and bottomhole locations, as shown on the plat submitted with the application, as a substitute unit well for the proposed revised WX RA SUA or at any other legal location within the confines of the proposed revised WX RA SUA. 4. To confirm Wagner Oil Louisiana as the unit operator for the proposed revised Wilcox Zone, Reservoir A, Sand Unit A and the proposed substitute unit well for such unit. 5. Except to the extent contrary with the requests set forth herein, to confirm and continue in effect the provisions of Order No. 1386-E, effective September 3, 2025, and any applicable Statewide Orders. 6. To provide that the Secretary of the Department of Conservation and Energy should be authorized to reclassify the reservoir by supplemental order without the necessary of a public hearing if the producing characteristics of the reservoir change and evidence to justify such reclassification is submitted to and accepted by the Secretary of the Department of Conservation and Energy. 7. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Wilcox Zone, Reservoir A was defined in Order No. 1386-E, effective September 3, 2025.
