PUBLIC NOTICE - - - - 2- IBERIA FIELD 25-344 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2025, upon the application of KEY OPERATING COMPANY. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 3,100’-7,100’ Zone, Reservoir A, in the Iberia Field, Iberia Parish, Louisiana. 1. To establish rules and regulations governing the exploration for and production of oil, gas and condensate for the 3,100’-7,100’ Zone, Reservoir A. 2. To create a single drilling and production and to force pool and integrate all separately owned tracts, mineral leases and other property interests within the unit so created in accordance with Section 10, Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, with each separate tract sharing in unit production on a surface acreage basis of participation. 3. To designate a unit operator and unit well for the proposed unit as may be appropriate. 4. To provide that future wells drilled within or outside the proposed unit for the 3,100’-7,100’ Zone, Reservoir A, shall be exempt from the well spacing provisions of LAC 43:XIX.1901 et seq. (Statewide Order No. 29-E). 5. To provide that the Commissioner of Conservation may reclassify the 3,100’-7,100’ Zone, Reservoir A, by Supplemental Order and without the necessity of a public hearing, should such reclassification be warranted based upon evidence furnished to the Commissioner of Conservation. 6. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The 3,100’-7,100’ Zone, Reservoir A is hereby defined as that oil, gas and condensate bearing zone encountered between the depths of 3,354’ and 7,110’ (electrical log measurements) in the original hole of The Estate of William G. Helis, A Partnership-J.E. Schwing No. 30 Well, (WSN 123874), located in Section 56, Township 12 South, Range 7 East.
