In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2026, upon the application of HILCORP ENERGY COMPANY. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 6900’ Sand, Reservoir H and 7100’ Sand, Reservoir F, in the Lafitte Field, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. 6900’ SAND, RESERVOIR H 1. To determine that the 6900’ Sand, Reservoir H, has been depleted of hydrocarbons so that produced saltwater may be disposed into the subject sand. The 6900’ Sand, Reservoir H is hereby defined as being that gas and condensate bearing sand encountered between the depths of 7433’ and 7788’ in the Hilcorp (frmly Texaco)-SL 356 Marrero Unit A No. 15 Well, located in Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 24 East. 2. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. 7100’ SAND, RESERVOIR F 1. To determine that the 7100’ Sand, Reservoir F, has been depleted of hydrocarbons so that produced saltwater may be disposed into the subject sand. The 7100’ Sand, Reservoir F is hereby defined as being that gas and condensate bearing sand encountered between the depths of 7628’ and 7788’ in the Texaco-SL 356 Marrero Unit A No. 18 Well, located in Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 24 East. 2.
