In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2026, upon the application of CAPSTONE EXPLORATION COMPANY, L.L.C. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 3,100-8,500’ Zone, Reservoir A and the 4,400’-6,900’ Zone, Reservoir A, in the Golden Meadow Field, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. 3,100’-8,500’ ZONE, RESERVOIR A 1. To create a single drilling and production unit for the exploration for and production of oil, gas and condensate from the 3,100’-8,500’ Zone, Reservoir A, as shown on the plat submitted with the application, and to provide that future wells drilled within or outside the proposed 3,100’-6,900’ Zone, Reservoir A, shall be exempt from the well spacing provision LAC 43:XIX.1901 et seq. (Statewide Order No. 29-E). The 3,100’-8,500’ Zone, Reservoir A is hereby defined as that oil, gas and condensate bearing zone encountered between the electric log measured depths of 3,145’ and 8,558’ electric log measurements (3,122’ to 8,535’ tvd) in the Elysium Jennings, LLC (formerly Equinox Oil Co., Inc.)-Falgout No. 1 Well (WSN 219512), located in Section 9, Township 19 South, Range 22 East. 4,400’-6,900’ ZONE, RESERVOIR A 1. To create a single drilling and production unit for the exploration for and production of oil, gas and condensate from the 4,400’-6,900’ Zone, Reservoir A, as shown on the plat submitted with the application, and to provide that future wells drilled within or outside of the proposed 4,400’-6,900’ Zone, Reservoir A, shall be exempt from the well spacing provisions of LAC 43:XIX.1901 et seq. (Statewide Order No. 29-E). The 4,400’-6,900’ Zone, Reservoir A, is hereby defined as that oil, gas and condensate bearing zone encountered between the electric log measured depths of 4,370’ and 7,045’ (electric log measurements) (4,347’ to 7,022’ tvd) in the Elysium Jennings, LLC (formerly Equinox Oil Co, Inc.)-Falgout No. 1 Well (WSN 219512), located in Section 9, Township 19 South, Range 22 East. FOR BOTH ZONES 1. To force pool and integrate all separately owned tracts, mineral leases and other property interests within the unit so created in accordance with Section 10, Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, with each separate tract sharing in unit production on a surface acreage basis of participation. 2. To designate a unit operator and unit well as may deemed to be appropriate. 3. To provide that the Secretary of the Department of Conservation and Energy should be authorized to reclassify the reservoir by supplemental order without the necessity of a public hearing if the producing characteristics of the reservoir and evidence to justify such reclassification is submitted to and accepted by the Commissioner of Conservation. 4. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent.
