In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on WEDNESDAY, MAY 27, 2026, upon the application of ADAMAS ENERGY, LLC. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Lake Bistineau Field, Bienville Parish, Louisiana. 1. To authorize Adamas to designate and utilize its Davies 24-13-12 HC No. 1 Well (to be remanded the Davies 24-13 HC No. 1 Well) (SN 255317), as a cross unit horizontal well as the unit well for HA RA SUR and HA RA SUCC, at the as-drilled location shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To confirm that the cross unit horizontal unit well for HA RA SUR and HA RA SUCC is necessary to efficiently and economically drain a portion of the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, underlying the subject units, and to continue in force and effect as to said well all applicable provisions of Office of Permitting and Compliance Order No. 287-F-56, effective May 28, 2025. 3. To the extent necessary, to approve the location of the subject well as an exception to the field spacing rules for the Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A. 4. Except to the extent inconsistent herewith, to confirm and continue in effect, as applicable the provisions of Order No. 287-F, effective December 16, 2008, as amended and supplemented by the 287-F Series of Orders, including Order No. 287-F-56, effective May 28, 2025, and all applicable Statewide Orders. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A was defined in Order No. 287-F, effective December 16, 2008.
