PUBLIC NOTICE - - - - 4 - CROWLEY FIELD 26-38 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2026, upon the application of CAMEX OPERATING COMPANY. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the DISC-MH Zone, Reservoir A, in the Crowley Field, Acadia Parish, Louisiana. 1. To designate the Camex Operating Company-Hains No. 2 Well, as an alternate unit well for the DISC-MH RA SUA, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the proposed alternate unit well, or from the combination of both wells, at its option. 3. To find that the proposed alternate unit well is necessary to economically an efficiently drain reserves from the DISC-MH RA SUA, which cannot be economically and efficiently recovered by any existing well within such unit. 4. Except to the extent contrary herewith, the provisions of the Department of Conservation and Energy Order No. 544-BBB, the unit created thereby, and all applicable Statewide Orders, shall remain in full force and effect. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The DISC-MH Zone, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 544-BBB, effective October 29, 2024.
