PUBLIC NOTICE - - - - 8 - BANCKER FIELD 26-26 and 26-27 LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF LOUISIANA, DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND ENERGY, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA. In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 6, 2026, upon the application of DUNN EXPLORATION COMPANY, LLC. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 12,000’ Zone, Reservoir A and 12,000’ Zone, Reservoir B, in the Bancker Field, Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. 12,000’ ZONE, RESERVOIR A (ORDER NO. 446-N) 1. To permit the applicant to drill, designate and utilize its four additional alternate unit wells for the 12000 RA SUA, said wells to be at the locations shown on the plat submitted with the application. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the existing alternate unit wells, or the proposed additional alternate unit wells, or from the combination of the wells at its option. 3. To find that the proposed additional alternate unit wells are necessary to economically and efficiently drain reserves from the 12000 RA SUA which cannot be economically and efficiently recovered by any existing well within such unit. 4. To provide that production should be allocated equally between the 12000 RA SUA and the 12000 RB SUA for the re-entry of the Faciane No. 3 Well which falls on a common unit boundary between the 12000 RA SUA and the 12000 RB SUA. 5. To provide that operations on and production from the re-entry of the Faciane No. 3 Well should be considered operations on and production from both the 12000 RA SUA and the 12000 RB SUA. 6. Except to the extent herein designated, to continue in full force and effect the provisions of the Department of Conservation and Energy Order No. 446-N. 7. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The 12,000’ Zone, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 446-N, effective February 25, 2025. 12,000’ ZONE, RESERVOIR B (ORDER NO. 446-N) 1. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the existing alternate unit wells, or the proposed additional alternate unit wells, or from the combination of the wells at its option. 3.
