In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025, upon the application of HILCORP ENERGY COMPANY. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the CC-9 Sand, Reservoir A and CC-11 Sand, Reservoir D, in the Lake Washington Field, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. 1. To authorize Hilcorp Energy Company, the unit operator of the CC-9 RA SUA, established by the Department of Conservation and Energy Order No. 149-EEEEE, effective July 26, 2022 and the unit operator of the CC-11 RD SUB established by Order No. 149-D-10, effective April 5, 2022, to combine downhole the production from the CC-9 Sand and the CC-11 Sand, in the well-bore of the Hilcorp Energy Company-SL 22055 No. 1 Well (SN 253543) and any other wells within said units and that such method of production would be in the interest of conservation, would prevent waste, and should maximize the efficient and economic recovery of hydrocarbons from these four reservoirs. 2. To continue in full force and effect the provisions of Order Nos. 149-EEEEE, effective July 26, 2022 and 149-D-10, effective April 5, 2022. 3. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The CC-9 Sand, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 149-EEEEE, effective July 26, 2022. The CC-11 Sand, Reservoir D was fully defined in Order No. 149-D-5, effective July 16, 2022, and was further defined in Order No. 149-D-8, effective October 23, 2012.
