In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, upon the application of ROSESTONE OPERATING COMPANY, LLC. At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the Haynesville A Sand and Upper Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A, in the Lisbon Field, Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. 1. To permit the applicant to designate three alternate unit wells for both the H’VILLE A SUA and U HA RA SUE and to designate one unit well and one alternate unit well for the U HA RA SUC, said wells to be at the locations shown on the plats submitted with the application, in exception to the well location provisions adopted in Office of Conservation Order No. 9-T, effective May 1, 1970, Order No. 9-T-2, effective August 5, 2025, Order No. 9-MM, effective October 7, 2003 and Order No. 9-MM-1, effective August 5, 2025. 2. To permit the operator to produce the unit allowable from the existing unit well, the proposed alternate unit well, or from the combination, at its option. 3. To find that the proposed unit/alternate unit wells are necessary to efficiently and economically drain reserves from the H’VILLE A SUA, U HA RA SUC and U HA RA SUE which cannot be efficiently and economically recovered by any existing well within such units. 4. Except to the extent contrary herewith, to continue in full force and effect the provisions of the 9-T and 9-MM Series of Orders, the units created thereby and all applicable Statewide Orders. 5. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The Haynesville A Sand was fully defined in Order No. 9-T, effective May 1, 1970, and was further defined in Order No. 9-T-2, effective August 5, 2025. The Upper Haynesville Zone, Reservoir A was fully defined in Order No. 9-MM, effective October 7, 2003 and was further defined in Order No. 9-MM-1, effective August 5, 2025.
